Adults are invited to rediscover the joy of play at a new Somerset wellbeing event that tackles perfectionism through creativity. Led by experienced Art Psychotherapist Stacey Kiely, this unique session offers a rare opportunity to explore creativity in a supportive, judgement-free environment. No artistic ability is required. Just an hour to play, unwind and reconnect with yourself through colour, creativity and freedom.
‘Art with Abandon: Messy Play for Grown Ups’ takes place at The Museum of Somerset 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm on Saturday 15 August. Booking required, £15. The event is part of the Museum’s summer season of PLAY.
